•  1.992 EXPO 92, a través de nuestra concesión y servicio permanente del Pabellón Real tuvimos la oportunidad de ofrecer más de 90 banquetes a los Jefes de Estado y personalidades, eventos que constituyeron el récord de los días nacionales con más variedad de menús a primeras figuras del protocolo internacional celebrados en seis meses de duración.

Tavern of Alabardero born in 1974 in Madrid by the social initiative of a priest, Luis Lezama, with concern to train the youth and advised by a group of cooks: Genaro Pildain, Juan Mari Arzak and Patxi Bericua, which was its first chef in The Tavern in Madrid.

     Since then the base of our cuisine has evolved into a leading restorer covered at the country's most diverse sectors of the popular restaurants and selective both in commercial establishments, such as in social developments. Began as a social work that continues based on the philosophy of "not giving fish, but teach to fish." Born of the need to generate jobs from a new youth who inherited a transformation of the country. The priest led the project consolidated business today.
